Inspiration. Innovation. Integrity.
Synergy has come a long way since its inception in 1990 thanks to our guiding principles of inspiration, innovation and integrity.
We are a family-owned company with a strong set of values matched only by the strength of our skills and relationships. Synergy is defined as multiple components working together to create something bigger than the sum of their parts. We’re proud to be an example of how trust, teamwork and experience work together to deliver cost savings and high quality results for our clients.
Our Story
A Different General Contractor
In April 1990, Pam and Larry Stewart set out to build a different kind of general contracting company, opting to build long-term relationships over short-term profit. To this day, Synergy continues to lead with innovative processes that provide unprecedented transparency, invite collaboration and build trust among project teams. Synergy has built over 6,000 multi-family units in the last decade alone, with an even mix of market rate and affordable housing with diverse subcontractor relationships.
