Replacing under-performing office space, City North Apartments is the renovation of a commercial space into 10 apartments and amenity space featuring high-end finishes with vibrant color schemes and stained concrete flooring. The project is located in the heart of North Seattle above retail, restaurants, and fitness center. The team successfully worked hand-in-hand with the operating retail establishments below when core drilling over 90 holes in the existing PT deck to accommodate all of the new electrical and plumbing.
