Juanita Beach Bathhouse

New construction of a bathhouse, two picnic pavilions, and an accessible-to-all-abilities playground with a swing set at Juanita Beach Park. This is an elegantly detailed Cross Laminated Timber (CLT) project. The bathhouse is oriented for westward views of Lake Washington. Restrooms stay open year-round, and the building expands space for concessions and lifeguards. Craftsman-style architectural character ties the buildings to the park's natural landscape, open lawn, and historic recreational use. The buildings sit at the edges of the lawn and plaza to help define those spaces.
