Located in downtown Everett, Potala Village is the first multi family project in the county to earn a certified Built Green designation. The 4-story wood framed building consists of 108 residential units, 15,000 sq. ft of retail space, 2 levels of underground parking, and multiple P.T. decks. Built within a fully occupied urban neighborhood and abutting the adjacent four-story building, proactive management played an integral role in the early completion of the building, significantly under budget.
