ABOUT THE PROJECT
Samma Senior Apartments is a 76-studio affordable community for seniors 55 and older in Bothell, Washington, developed by Imagine Housing at 17910 Bothell Way NE. Synergy, Inc served as general contractor, delivering a Phius-certified Passive House project with architecture by Third Place Design Co-op, civil engineering by Coterra, and structural engineering by I.L. Gross. The building opened in August 2026 and provides homes for households at or below 50 percent of area median income.
