Why start with a defined conversation
Delivery method, sequence, and counterpart selection determine whether cost and schedule language can be trusted. An estimate prepared before those questions are settled creates risk that is difficult to reverse for the sponsor, the lender, and the operating partner. A first engagement with Synergy Modular is meant to improve that decision before cost and schedule language is asked to carry weight.
